AI platforms are already selling products. When someone asks ChatGPT for a moisturizer recommendation or Gemini for the best retinol serum, they get an answer and often a purchase path. But most brands have no visibility into what AI tells customers about them, whether the information is accurate, or whether the buy button actually works.

That's the problem. Not "AI is coming." AI is here. It's making purchase recommendations right now, and most brands have no idea what it's saying.

Brands need to control how AI represents their products. Right now most are hoping for the best, and the ones who aren't are usually paying someone to write SEO-style content and calling it "AI optimization." That doesn't work. AI platforms pull from structured data, product feeds, and protocol-level integrations. You need to be wired in, not just writing blog posts.

Fodda supplies the curated knowledge graphs behind our evidence layer, the dated FDA and clinical data we attach to product safety judgments. How we build

Recommendations and safety judgments run on a deterministic engine: explicit rules over curated data, no LLM improvising in the decision path. Same question, same answer, every time. That costs us development speed and buys our clients something better, answers they can defend to a compliance team. And we measure everything we claim, including on our own site, with the same attribution rail we sell.

SearchShop AI was founded by Nathan Grotticelli and is part of NVIDIA Inception and Google for Startups. We work primarily with beauty and skincare brands, where getting the answer right matters most.
